Scarano Business Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company") operates AcquireLens. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, company, and authentication identifiers.
- Content you submit: business, financial, seller, and deal information you enter to generate reports.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we receive limited metadata such as plan and last-four card digits.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- Generate the reports and analyses you request.
- Provide customer support and communicate service updates.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your confidential deal content to train third-party foundation models.
- We do not require personally identifying information about the target business.
Sharing
We share information only with (a) subprocessors that operate the Service (hosting, database, model inference, email, and payment providers), (b) parties you direct us to share with, and (c) authorities where required by law.
Retention
We retain account and report data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, or delete personal information tied to your account.
- Export reports at any time from the report page.
- Residents of California, the EEA, the UK, and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws may have additional rights, including the right to object or restrict processing.
Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level access controls, and least-privilege administrative access. See the Data Security page for details.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
AcquireLens is operated from the United States. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate.
