Plans & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout. Plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can view your current plan and next renewal on the Settings → Billing page.
Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual plans: refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal, less any usage-based add-ons already consumed.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full within a reasonable period after we verify the issue.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we will retry and notify you. If the balance remains unpaid, paid features may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before disputing a charge with your card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly and faster.
