This Policy applies to every user of AcquireLens and forms part of the Terms of Service.
You must not
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to make automated decisions affecting individuals' legal rights.
- Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication, or paid-plan gates.
Content you submit
You must have the right to submit any User Content and to use it for the purpose of generating an acquisition report. Do not upload materials that a seller or third party has not authorized you to process.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, remove offending content, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Where feasible we will notify you and provide an opportunity to cure.
